Browser storage

Planning tools can save information in local browser storage so your checklist, budget, catering estimates, wedding date, guest records, event attendance and seating work remain available on the same browser. Guest records may include names, dietary notes, accommodation or transportation notes that you choose to enter. This information is not automatically sent to WeddingIdea.ca by these tools.

Exports and printed copies

When you export a CSV, calendar file, full Planning Studio backup or printed plan, you control the resulting file or paper copy. These exports can contain personal guest details, vendor contacts, contract values or payment information, so keep them only on devices, drives or services where you are comfortable storing that information.

Future services

If WeddingIdea.ca later adds accounts, contact forms, analytics, advertising or other services that change how information is collected, this privacy page should be updated before those features are launched.

Links to venues, transportation providers or official resources lead to third-party websites with their own privacy practices.

Planning Studio data

Guest records, seating and floor-plan positions, budget entries, catering estimates, checklist progress, saved inspiration, wedding-day run sheets, multi-event budget data, vendor records, document-tracking records, vendor questions, planning notes and payment schedules are designed to stay in your browser through local storage unless you choose to export a file.

Because planning notes can include guest names, dietary information, accommodation and transportation arrangements, vendor contact details, contract values, document references, planning decisions and payment notes, use the tools only on a device and browser profile you trust. Clearing browser storage can remove saved planning data. The Planning Backup tool can export the recognized Planning Studio data into a JSON file that you control and can later restore.
